Community Documents and Minutes

 Prescott Management Company, Park Terrace's management company, maintains a website with all the official documents related to Park Terrace-- minutes, CC&Rs, Handbook, forms, etc.--  and all information about your personal assessment account and warranties.  Please register on the Prescott site to take advantage of this information.  The home page of this site provides a link to Prescott's informational letter and site link.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO SEE HERE?

Please let us know of anything you'd like to see added to the website-- news, events, pictures, etc.  Use the Contact Us link to contact the board and the property manager.  We want to make the website useful to everyone.  Let us know what you think!

You also can send pictures that you'd like us to post in the Photo Album!

If you go to the Photo Album , you'll find pictures of the building and the neighorhood as well as pictures from the parties we've had.  Take a look and see if you're there!  If you have pictures to add, use the contact us link and let me know.

The Resident Directory and Message Board on the website are password-protected.  If you want to use these areas, you will need to register and provide profile information including at least your name and email address.  These are the areas that contain information that is not available to the public.  The other areas of the site (meeting minutes, documents, photo albums) will not require a password for access.

The advantage of registering is that you can access information in the registry  about how to contact your neighbors, participate in discussions, and receive emails that the Board may send to alert you to changes and events.  ONLY  Owners Association members and building management will be approved for access to the restricted areas. Information you furnish in your profile will never be shared with outsiders.
