Prescott Management, the Park Terrace management company, maintains a website to provide PT homeowners with information about your individual accounts, Board of Directors minutes, and current CC&Rs and Bylaws. To access this website, you must establish your acccount with them. Click here for the letter from Prescott which describes the how to access the website!
Please be aware that the Prescott site, not this one, is now your source for official Park Terrace documents.
Have you checked your air conditioner filter?
The filter in your air conditioner needs replacement periodically depending on how often your AC is used. A dirty filter will cause a loss of efficiency and perhaps a leak because of a blocked drain. If you need assistance with replacing the filter, call Pablo at 619- 269-6666 for advice or stop by the office for a replacement filter.
Guard Service Patrolling 7PM-3AM
Terra Securus guard service is patrolling Park Terrace during the evenings. The guard is on-site seven nights a week from 7 P.M. until 3 A.M. These hours may vary when there is a Petco Park event. The guard can be contacted at 619-677-7022. Please leave a message if the guard is unable answer your phone call. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Management at 619-269-6666.
